Alan R. Harrison, Esq.
Alan is originally from Meridian, ID. After obtaining a Civil Engineering degree from BYU, he attended the University of Idaho Law School. During the summer breaks, he did externships with the Bonneville County Prosecutors Office in Idaho Falls, ID and the United States Attorney’s Office in Boise, ID. Following law school, he clerked for District Judge Darla Williamson in Ada County, ID. He then worked for the Bonneville County Prosecutor’s Office for 3 ½ years handling cases of domestic battery, child protection, general misdemeanors, and felony DUI’s.
In January 2007, he opened Alan R. Harrison Law, PLLC. He operated as a solo practitioner specializing in guardianships and conservatorships and family law matters such as divorce, custody modifications, and adoptions. He has taken the 40 hour Basic Family Mediation twice, once just after law school and again shortly after opening his own law practice. In addition, his practice involved criminal defense, wills, estate planning, probate, business law, criminal work, and real estate.
